SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders for off-the-shelf items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and will be confirmed by email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
If the items ordered are not in stock you will be notified within 24 hrs of placing the order about the best estimated shipping time.
Lead times for fixed wing drones may vary from one to four weeks to process. Upon receiving your order you will receive a notification of the approximate shipping time.
Domestic and international shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders are shipped via Purolator or Fedex.
In-store pick up: In-Store pick up is available on appointment. Please let us know by email if you wish to pick up your order to arrange. If you were charged shipping rates at checkout, we will refund these accordingly.
International shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aeromao Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. International orders are shipped via DHL, which normally takes 3-5 business days in transit.
We Accept all major credit cards on our online Store (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery). All transactions in our online store are in Canadian Dollars.
If you represent a legal entity, a bank transfer option is also available for you. Please contact us at email@example.com to make an order.
Purchase Orders are also accepted for Canadian Universities and Government Organizations only. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a quote/invoice or to place an order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Purchase Orders for international orders or ship unpaid product internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For off-the-shelf-items we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and un-opened. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns of off-the-shelf items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting us at email@example.com and providing your order number.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Fixed wing drones and subsystems that we manufacture are not eligible for a return, as these items are generally made to order. We do offer a 12-month limited warranty on fixed wing drones and subsystems that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply for batteries, normal wear and tear, alterations or modifications, damage, deterioration, misuse, negligence, malfunction of the aircraft and its subsystems as a result of repairs made by anyone not authorized by Aeromao Inc.
Software Licenses are not eligible for refund.
Please note that all our prices in our Online Store are displayed in Canadian dollars but the pricing in our webpage is displayed in US Dollars.
